I find that weather has a lot of influence on people's moods. An extremely hot weather like ours literally makes me crazy. I'm amazed Kuwaiti's don't murder one another in July and August :-P

When it comes to humans its always complex. People aren't necessarily always grumpy in Kuwaits heat. I mean look at it this way... heat= being able to go for a swim (chalets...).
Then again Germany and Russia are 'pretty' cold, and they got some hard/sh-asses.
